- 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus 1 bedroom suite in the carriage house that can be accessed through the main house, or via separate entrance
- Sleeps 16 – great for large groups or families. Private carriage house, private third floor primary suite, and three first floor bedrooms gives everyone their own space.
- First Floor features 3 bedrooms, second floor is your main living space plus access to the carriage house, third floor is a private primary bedroom and en suite, and the rooftop features an expansive roof deck with outdoor kitchenette, dining, lounge space, and TV.
- Easy beach access to Inlet Beach Regional and close to all that 30A has to offer. Minutes to 30Avenue, Rosemary, and Alys Beach.

1️⃣1st Floor Living Space
- King Bedroom with En Suite – Luxurious king bed with his and her closets, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and a private bathroom. Private en suite features a walk-in shower and vanity-lit mirror.

- Bunk Room – Custom-built Full-over-Full bunk beds, offering a fun and cozy place for the kids or extra guests. Sleeps 8 total with another en suite bathroom attached, Smart TV, and closet space.

- Spacious Open Living Area – As you walk up the stairs, you are greeted by the open living room, dining room, and kitchen space. Relax in style with 2 couches, relaxing chair, and a fireplace for cozy Florida nights. You'll also enjoy a large flat-screen TV, and added bonus: walk out balcony, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
- Chef's Kitchen – Fully equipped with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and ample counter space. 4 seats at the kitchen island also make it the perfect gathering space. Kitchen also features a coffee bar with both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Coffee on us!
- Balcony – Chairs and bistro set are set for morning coffee, and there is both a Weber Gas Grill and a Trager Pellet Smoker – perfect for the chef in your family. Fire up the grill for a home cooked meal inside, or head up to the roof for dining al fresco style!
- Dining Room – Elegant dining table with seating for 8, plus an accompanying cocktail station.
- Office – Need to catch up on some work? This dedicated office space offers a peaceful environment.
- Laundry Room – You'll feel right at home here! Large and functional, with extra storage for beach gear and personal items. Complimentary laundry pods also provided.

- You may enter through a private entrance above the garage, or through a pathway in the main home.
- Features private kitchenette with mini fridge, standard drip coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Private balcony, king bedroom, and private en suite are also included in your secret oasis. Tucked away just enough from all the action, but close enough to still hang with family and friends.
3️⃣Third Floor – Primary Suite
- Primary Suite – The entire third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, luxurious en suite bathroom, and ample space to relax. The bathroom and closet are something to be seen! Luxurious soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and expansive closet. You'll want to move in!
- Primary Suite Balcony - Also featured here is an expansive deck, cozy lounge chairs, and peek-a-boo ocean views!

- Beach Gear – Fully equipped with a beach wagon cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for your convenience.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway and garage for 6 vehicles. No street parking
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 35 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
